Struts2的上传

第一步：导入commons-fileupload-1.2.1.jar ，commons-io-1.3.2jar版本可能有所变化，但是只要记得是这两个jar包！
第二部：把form的enctype设置为multipart/form-data
例如
<form action="<%=basePath%>test/test.action" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data">
<input type="file" name="image"/><br/>
<input type="submit" value="上传"/>
</form>
