一次OEM 12c不能正确启动的问题

问题现象

1，启动报错，使用浏览器也不能查看，重启还是不行

emctl status oms

解决方法：
1，重启数据库和监听器，确保OMS重启后有sysman用户成功连接上来
2，重启OMS
[oem@dtydb0 bin]$ ./emctl stop oms -all

Cause
Repository Database has been shutdown / crashed due to which the OMS also crashed.
Solution
1. Re-start the repository database and verify that a connection can be made to the 'sysman' schema in the database via the listener.

2. Re-start the OMS:
cd <OMS_HOME>/bin
emctl stop oms -all
emctl start oms
