External LOBs A BFILE(binary file LOB) is an external LOB because the database
stores a pointer to a file in the operating system. The external data is read-only.
A BFILEuses a directory object to locate data. The amount of space consumed
depends on the length of the directory object name and the length of the file name.
A BFILEdoes not use the same read consistency mechanism as internal LOBS because
the binary file is external to the database. If the data in the file changes, then repeated reads from the same binary file may produce different results.

完整性，安全性，及持久性[durability]。数据库管理员应确保所有 BFILE 文
件存在，且 Oracle 进程具有读取 BFILE 文件的操作系统权限。
