javascript 打印时去掉页眉页脚

打印网页时，在页眉和页脚会有一些地址之类的东西。经过查找资料和总结终于解决了。

直接复制了就可以使用。

注意：还需要设置安全级别。

工具---》internet选项---》安全---》自定义级别---》对未标记为安全的active控件（启用）就可以了。
