Install PEAR for windows appsrv 2.59

Time:2008-04-04(日期不祥，4谐音“死”，刚好又是清明节，有点怕怕的感觉.)

1.My Webserver install  this is disk of "d" my computer .

2.open the CMD.

3.find the webserver install path.(eg:my install in the d:)

4. run "D:\AppServ\php5\go-pear.bat"
