SQL Developer error: ORA-00904: "ORA_ROWSCN": invalid identifier

SQL Developer error, the version of SQL Developer is 4.0.3.

You can disable the ORA_ROWSCN check via below steps:

1. Click "Tool" menu and then click the "Preferences..."  

2. Expand "Database" and then select "ObjectViewer"

3. At the right side to unchecked "Use ORA_ROWSCN for DataEditor insert  and update statements"

4. Reconnect to database and try again.
