1、获取路径中的文件后缀

String dirPath= "/path/to/image.jpg"; // 文件路径
int dotIndex = dirPath.lastIndexOf(".");
String substring = dirPath.substring(dotIndex + 1);
System.out.println(substring); // jpg

2、获取路径中的文件名（包含后缀）

String dirPath= "/path/to/image.jpg";
Path path = Paths.get(dirPath);
String fileName = path.getFileName().toString();
System.out.println(fileName); // image.jpg

3、获取路径中的文件名（不包含后缀）

String dirPath= "/path/to/image.jpg";
Path path = Paths.get(dirPath);

String fileName = path.getFileName().toString();

int dotIndex = fileName.lastIndexOf(".");
String substring = fileName.substring(0, dotIndex);
System.out.println(substring);  // image

4、URL 转 MultipartFile
