7.Linux下exec配合fork使用

实现功能，当父进程检测到输入为1的时候，创建子进程把配置文件的字段值修改掉。

被修改字段的配置文件 config.txt

修改字段的文件 changData.c

将修改字段的文件changData.c ，（ gcc changData.c -o changData ） ，生成可执行文件 changData

由下面 execl( ) 函数配合 fork( ) 函数使用的代码，让 exexl( ) 函数调用可执行文件 changData，来修改配置文件

 配置文件被修改后：将 LENG=9 改成了 LENG=5
