在项目里面跑的好好的log4j2，使用maven打成jar包后就报错找不到log4j2的配置文件。错误如下：

确认jar包中是存在log4j2.xml的配置文件的。尝试指定日日志文件路径 -Dlog4j.configurationFile=log4j2.xml 还是不行。

最后发现解决方法如下，在对应的pom.xml中加入如下内容：

有几个注意的点就是，因为我就是用shade插件来打包，所以没有复制整个上面的内容，部分复制。下面三部分就是关键了：

配置转换器
