undefined reference to Mat_VarCreate

Method 1:

Append the following to cmake/Dependencies.cmake:

find_package(MATIO REQUIRED)
include_directories(${MATIO_INCLUDE_DIR})
list(APPEND Caffe_LINKER_LIBS ${MATIO_LIBRARIES})

Then put  FindMATIO.cmake into cmake/Modules/

Method 2:

1. Include the following dependencies in CMakeLists.txt

find_package(MATIO REQUIRED)
include_directories(${MATIO_INCLUDE_DIR})

2. Include "${MATIO_LIBRARIES}" target_link_libraries in src/caffe/CMakeLists.txt

3. unzip and include the attached file in CMakeScripts directory
   FindMATIO.cmake.zip
