Solve import caffe error

For Ubuntu, if you use the default Python you will need to sudo apt-get install the python-dev package to have the Python headers for building the wrapper.

Install libraries:

go to the /home/bob/caffe/caffe_new/python, then run the below command:

for req in $(cat requirements.txt); do sudo pip install $req; done

Then install the rest libraries:

sudo apt-get install python-numpy
sudo apt-get install python-scipy
sudo apt-get install python-matplotlib

Maybe we need set PYTHON_LIB := $(HOME)/anaconda/lib, this not tested.

Before import paths to PYTHONPATH, we need execute such commands:

make all

make pycaffe

make distribute

If above command finished perfectly, then start import two paths into PYTHONPATH.

Open /etc/profile:

nano /etc/profile

add these two lines at the end of the file:

PYTHONPATH=/home/bob/caffe/caffe_new/distribute/python:/home/bob/caffe/caffe_ne$
export PYTHONPATH

save and clsoe this file.

Followed, we need type in:

source /etc/profile

To make the previous changing working.

Now input python and input import caffe, no error will occurs.
