计算中文字符串的长度 -- C语言

思路

计算 含有 汉字 的 字符串 的 长度， 汉字 作为 一个 字符 处理； 已知： 汉字编码 为 双 字节， 其中 首 字节< 0， 尾 字节 在 0 ～ 63 以外（ 如果 一个 字节 是 − 128 ～ 127）。

注意：每个系统实现的编码机制不是很一样，在我的机器上，按照的是centos7，汉子的编码是3个字节，所以发现汉字之后，指针应该从当前位置向后移动三个字节，即 p  = p + 3
