Just a detector but the few tools are very good and practical:

Internal Tools:
- overlay remover
- save overlay as external file
- www address searcher inside exe   - work on any file
- ExE inside ExE ( Pe ripper )      - work on any file
- Rolo Lamer Protector v0.1         - work on standalone exe < 1MB   
+ Rename file
+ Copy file As.. *.bak
+ Execute - create executable process  ( exe )
+ Execute - windows ext. associate     ( dll ,zip ... )
+ Delete file
F3 key - external view ( hiewdemo.exe or hiew32.exe )

Version updated to 0.0.0.8d today, few more packers added and a warning if executable is above 10MB program allocates a 10MB buffer.
