MANUAL and AUTOMATIC start/end modes

> MANUAL and AUTOMATIC start/end modes are considered only in some use cases:
>
> 1. when activity has a tool, and it's performer is not System participant
> or it does not have a performer (in JaWE Arbitrary expression performer),
> if you set it's start mode to MANUAL, and finish mode to AUTOMATIC, it
> will be a manual activity (it will appear in some user worklist), but when
> the user finishes it, the tool agent will be executed.
>
> 2. if you have tool activity which performer is System participatn or it
> doesn't have a performer, if you set it's start mode to AUTOMATIC, and
> finish mode to MANUAL, shark will not finish the activity after the tool
> agent is executed. This way, you can implemet tool agent running in its
> own thread, and it is up to tool agent to finish this activity (see
> SchedulerTool agent example and implementation contributed by Abe
> Achkinazi)
>
> the 2. is not possible in shark 1.0
>
> Automatic test is written before option 2. is introduced, and it works
> correctly only with full automatic activities (no manual start/end mode
> defined).
