设置neo4j 3.0.1 版本开放外网链接权限

1)找到这个配置项#dbms.connector.http.listen_address=:7474
改为dbms.connector.http.listen_address=0.0.0.0:7474

2)外网连接时要求身份验证，即使输入正确的密码也会报错，解决方法在官网找到了：
