"Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. They are Work, Family, Health, Friends and Spirit and you are keeping all of these in the air.

 

“试想一下，生活便如你向空中抛去五个球杂耍一般的一个游戏。那五个球分别为：工作，家庭，健康，朋友以及心灵。你要将这几个球都延留在空中。

 

You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four Balls - Family, Health, Friends and Spirit - are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for it.

 

很快你会明白，工作是个橡皮球。掉下来，它会再弹回去。然而另外四个球：家庭，健康，朋友和心灵，却是玻璃做的。有一个掉下来，就再无可逆转地会磨损，留下瘢痕，豁出缺口，损伤，甚至碎裂掉。它们将永不会如原状一样。你必须明白这点，并为阻止它们掉落而努力。

 

Work efficiently during office hours and leave on time. Give the required time to your family, friends & have proper rest. Value has a value only if its value is valued."
