 Environment 

    BusinessObjects Enterprise XIR2, XIR3,XIR3.1

    Web Intelligence 

原因 

    In BusinessObjects Enterprise, WebIntelligence reports are cached until the maximum cache limit is reached. Thislimit is defined in the Web Intelligence Report       Server properties (XIR2) and the WebIntelligence Processing Server (XIR3) in the Central Management Console.

    A manual clearing of the cache may be doneif needed.

    When deleting the Web Intelligence reportcache there will be limited performance degradation until the reports areregenerated. 

解决方法 

    Navigate to the following folder:<installation directory>\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjectsEnterprise VERSION#\Data\computername\storage\docs 

    In UNIX, the location is <installationdirectory>/useraccount/xir2/bobje/data/computername_50064/storage/docs

   删除目录下文件

    Warning! Do not delete the Docs folder itself.   All subfolders and wid filesbelow the Docs folder may be removed.
