1.安装xlrd库

2.读取excel文件

file=xlrd.open_workbook(r’xxxxxx’)

3.读取相应的sheet

sheet1=file.sheet_by_index(0)

4.读取相应的列

cols=sheet1.col_values(5)

5.合并所有的列

allclos="".join(cols)

6.对相应的元素进行计数

allcols.count(‘xxxx’)
