searching for an offer-intern

  Data Structure,C/C++.
  As for coding, there was a good problem about medium seletion.
  But, it was rather unprofessional that only Selections and Filling were judged.
first interview
  A few problem to test the base of C. foggot too much about C, stupid.
  A coding, I did not remember the requirement well enough so that I wrote a more complex algorithm.
  My code was not bad(no bug) but cost me too much time(about 27').
  The interviewer was rather hasitated at first, but he rejected me in the end.
conclussion
  The candidates QQ likes should be rather familiar with C.The guys it wants are (advanced) technical workers

  The problems covered a good few knowledge about CS.
  The last problem was rather hard and interesting.
1st interview:
  (recommended by study brother radium).
  Instinctually, I did not think that I could get the offer.
  So, I was not nervous at all.
  The interviewer was a nice girl, very nice(I got her name several month later:Zhl).
  The 1st problem was very interesting. I thought it was not difficult at first.
  When I found out that I did not understand the requirement well, the problem turned out to be much more difficult.
  No time to waste, I began to try some cases.
  I was still puzzled after trying some little cases. Then I viewed the cases together and suddenly got the point.
  Zhl said she believe that my answer was correct, then she asked me about the complexity about my algorithm.
  Immediatelly after the 2ed problem was shown by Zhl, I got the point. I drawed a draft and finished the code.

2ed interview:
  This interviewer was a gg, who was rather serious(no smile during the whole interview process).
  The 1st problem was solved after trying some cases. Then gg asked me to prove my algorithm. I failed to prove it.
  He said "It doesn't matter".
  I tried many case for the 2ed problem, but still did not get the point.
  The the gg gave me a little tip.
  After several seconds, he asked how I got along with it. I was looking at the paper, still puzzled. He said, I had
given you some tips. I felt a little ashamed then looked at a special case. After more analysis, I thought I had got
the point. Then I shew my solution. During my presentation, I found out that there was some case I did not considered.
gg asked my one case that I did not consider. After one second, I got the improvement and told him. He said: "That is
right" then my interview was done.

I waited for such a long time that I told one of my friend that I was rejected because I did not get a big prize of
ACM.
Later, Google hr asked me for my grades. Then the hope seemed to come back.
July 2ed, the offer came.

1st tel interview
  All problems were designed from my CV.
  Ask many kinds of technology. Once I refered to a tech, even a few words, he tracked them deep.
  After 1 hour's talking, I felt tired.
  The interviewer was Mr JNX, a nice gg.
2ed tel interview
  Immediatelly after the interview began, the gg talked very very quickly, like a strong machine gun.
  He asked more deeply about my CV. He said fast, thought fast.
  He is Mr W, a rather passionate man, and he tried to check I love tech or not. 
  1 hour, more tired than the 1st one.
  He said the result would come in a week.
 
  On the 7th day, the rejection email came.
