eclipse安装maven插件开发WEB项目,解决错误：Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:pom

发现从eclipse market里下的插件还是挺好用的，安装了m2eclipse-wtp之后，增加了对eclipse里WEB项目的支持，用起来不错。

就是安装顺序要注意：

最好先安装m2e，之后在安装m2eclipse-wtp。

先装第二个m2e，然后再装m2eclipse-wtp

否则不断的报各种错，例如如下的错误：

No plugin found for prefix 'war' in the current project and in the plugin groups [] available from the repositories [local (C:\Users\Administrator\.m2\repository), central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2)]

Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:pom:2.5 from http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:pom:2.5 from/to central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): Connection to http://repo.maven.apache.org refused

修复之后还会有各种错误，开始我还以为eclipse版本问题，后来切换了之后还是各种错误。

最后我把安装顺序调整一下，就不报错了，真够折腾人的。
