alter user 'root'@'localhost' indentified by 'password' password expire never;

和

alter user 'root'@'localhost' identified with mysql_native_password by 'root(这是你第密码)';

刷新下权限

flush privileges;

更新密码

alter user 'root'@'localhost' identified by 'root';

上面这句是网上找第适合我第更新密码第语句，

也有set password for 'root'@'localhost' = password('root');
