第一种方式：更换npm源  

npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org

正常情况下第一种就可以了，还有一点要注意，如果没生效，看下自己是不是开着vpn呢，如果是，请关掉再试！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

第二种方式：如1不起作用，就考虑hosts文件代理github.com 

到 http://ping.chinaz.com/ 找海外节点信息

140.82.113.3 这个ip长期有用  可以直接使用。

1.首先打开cmd  ping github.com  如果ping不通第二步

2.打开host文件，配置进去

3.再次打开cmd   ping github.com  此时可以看到已经可以ping通了

接着再去npm i
