efCore+Mysql8，使用及表的迁移

1.安装 Nuget 包

Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore > Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Tools > Pomelo.EntityFrameworkCore.MySql

2.MVC 框架搭出来
