提高拉取镜像的速度使用国内的Docker镜像仓库

RedHat镜像仓库： https://access.redhat.com/containers

修改或创建Docker的配置文件daemon.json（通常位于/etc/docker/），添加国内镜像仓库的地址作为Registry Mirrors

重启Docker服务以应用配置。
