Work Order是什么？

a work order refers to a task or a job needing to be scheduled or assigned to someone. 

工单是指一项可以安排或者分配给他人的任务或者工作。

Work order 工单适用场景

• An internal request for a new piece of equipment to be installed. 内部安装设备需求。

• A follow up on and inspection or audit. 更近和审核检查。

• Dispatching a technician based on an alert generated by an IoT device. 派遣一名技术人员根据IoT设备发出的警报信息。

• A case that can’t be resolved remotely and requires a technician to be dispatched. 无法远程解决的案件，需要安排一名技术人员。

典型的Field Service work order包含以下信息：

• Location and billing information. 地址和付款信息。

• The type of work to be completed, such as installation, repair, or preventive maintenance. 安装，维修，维护等。

• The products and services included. 包含的产品和服务。

• Specific tasks for the field agent to execute. 现场人员需要执行的特定任务。

• Date and time information. 日期和时间信息。
