  4. download the app and sign in 

set up your frontline workers

Define frontline workers

  1. charcteristics - skills and certifications
  2. territories 
  3. time zones
  4. secruity roles
  5. mobile offline profile 

modify workers' secruity setting - see and Access 看到的效果和权限

provide users with a download link - email with download url 带有下载链接的而邮件

适用setup wizard 设置默认secruity roles and mobile offline profiles.

设置完成之后

  • view a list of all frontline workers include names, emails address, and home address
  • view and update individual forntline work details, such as home address, security role, mobile offline profile.

make sure that you select the Send frontline workers email with link to download app checkbox on the Quick Set Up: Frontline Workers form.
