报错信息：

在实现插入操作的时候报错，提示

 解决方法：

set hive.exec.mode.local=true;

再有报错则：

如果出现下面这个报错信息

Query returned non-zero code: 1, cause: hive configuration hive.exec.mode.local does not exists.

就执行代码：set hive.support.concurrency=false;
如何再次执行：set hive.exec.mode.local=true;（改为本地运行就可以了）
