网络环境：

PAP认证方式：

1、验证由客户端发起，它向服务端发送用户名和密码；

2、服务端查询自己的数据库，如果有匹配的用户名和密码，则验证通过，发送接受消息，否则拒绝连接。

由于PAP验证采用明文在网络中传输用户名和密码，安全性比CHAP验证差。

PAP单项认证：R1为服务器端，R2为客户端
R1配置：

   R1(config)#

  encapsulation ppp

 R2配置：

 PAP双向认证：(这里双方配置的用户名和密码不一样,当然也可以设置双方的用户名和密码一样)
