spring-boot-2.0的pom.xml

这是一份可以运行的spring-boot整合pom，，，前段时间研究和学习用的，，暂时懒得整理，，其他的暂时没整理，放上来先。

已添加阿里云maven镜像地址，如果不需要mybatis-plus可以屏蔽掉先。
