摄像头拍照之压缩图片

在一些手机上进行拍照时可能得不到图片（不能再应用界面显示但是却是生成了图片），这是因为图片太大而无法显示。那么，需要对拍的图片进行压缩： 为此查询了一个压缩的方法：

压缩图片后，在activity中调用压缩方法将拍的照片压缩
