当使用之前版本的sql语法在12c中建立user时，若时使用pluggable database，an ORA-65096 or ORA-65049会遇到。

目标：
在pluggable database中新建立一个user。

解决方案：
首先，要确定的是这个新user是 COMMON_USERS 还是 LOCAL_USERS ？sqlplus / as sysdba

对于COMMON_USERS，用户名务必以C##开头

SQL>create user scott identified by tiger;

ORA-65096: invalid common user or role name

SQL>create user c##scott identified by tiger;

User created.

v$services 会显示可用的pdb

SQL>select PDB from v$services;

PDB

--------------------------

PDBORCL

CDB$ROOT

CDB$ROOT

CDB$ROOT

CDB$ROOT

show con_name

CON_NAME

-----------------

CDB$ROOT

 

若是为一个pluggable database建立一个local user，那么必须在建立该user之前，选择该pluggable database

SQL> alter session set container=PDBORCL;
SQL> show con_name

CON_NAME
-----------------
PDBORCL

SQL>create user scott1 identified by  tiger1;

User created.
