症状：
OGG的Director界面 显示mgr进程是红色的叉号，其实mgr是up的状态

译者注：mgr进程是红色的叉号，此时mgr进程下面的抽取、传输，应用进程是根本不会显示的。

原因：
这是一个 director server 和 OGG host之间 连接的问题

解决方案：
若是 director界面显示的进程状态不变：

1. In the Director Admin Tool, test the connection to the OGG host.  Is it successful?
2. Is there a firewall between the Director server and the OGG host?  Did the configuration of the firewall change?
3. Check the ggserr.log on the OGG host.  You should see Director connections through GUI and MGR spawn a communication port for Director:

2013-07-30 18:13:18  GGS INFO     301  GoldenGate Manager for Oracle, mgr.prm:  Command received from GUI on host 0.0.0.0 (START GGSCI ).
2013-07-30 18:13:18  GGS INFO     302  GoldenGate Manager for Oracle, mgr.prm:  Manager started 'ggsci' process on port 7938.

4. Check the Director logs for connection issues to the OGG host:
a. Domain.log from <director install>/domain/servers/<hostname>/logs/
b. <hostname>.log from <director install>/domain/servers/<hostname>/logs/
