端口限制

1024以下的端口需要权限

普通用户没有使用1024以下端口号的权限，例如如果要使用80端口号，则必须是root用户权限才行。

1024以上的端口并非全部可用

1024以上的端口号也不是随意使用，部分端口号会被浏览器因为安全原因而阻止访问，但诸如postman等客户端是可以访问的，这些被浏览器限制的端口号如下：
