解决办法：
一定要使用 anaconda prompt ！！！！ 切记，不要在默认的cmd中运行命令

如果使用anaconda prompt 运行成功后，下面的就不用考虑了，如果不成功，就尝试使用以下方法：
在命令行中运行 conda config --set ssl_verify false
