使用npm安装element-ui报错：npm i element-ui -Snpm ERR! code EPERMnpm ERR! syscall opennpm ERR! path

 网上找了几个答案后也是迅速解决了问题，第一个是用管理员权限打开终端，由于我使用了vscode的终端，就用了另一种方式：

在运行 npm install 命令时，添加 --no-cache 参数，这会禁用缓存。

执行命令：

npm install element-ui -S --no-cache。

果然成功了
