MySQL8.0解决“MySQL 服务无法启动。 服务没有报告任何错误

Net Start MySql8 无法启动，就直接去 MySql\bin\ 下面通过CMD启动 mysqld

启动的时候提示找不到数据目录，就在mysql 根目录下新建 my.ini 复制下面的配置

baseDir ，dataDir ，secure_file_priv 要自己配置一下为佳。

第一次使用的时候，在 bin 目录下，使用 mysqld --initialize --user=mysql --console 命令，获得root 的临时密码。启动Mysql，登录mysql。登陆后，使用  alter user 'root'@'localhost'identified by 'password' 来修改密码。
密码中最好不要含有@ 

目前最好用 Native Password
