实习面试101课程感想

我从Co-op面试101课程中学到的知识中，有一点对我未来的面试很有帮助，那就是在面试结束时准备一些问题，向面试官询问。我之前看过很多面试例题，也自己设想了很多面试中可能会问到的问题，但从来没有想过要问面试官任何问题，因为在我看来，面试更像是一场考试，我单方面回答面试官提出的问题，而不应当向他们询问。因此，这让我意识到，面试实际上是一种双向交流，让我们两边都更好地了解彼此，如果我要在公司工作一段时间，我也有必要更多地了解公司的细节。了解更多细节，也意味着我能更快适应和融入工作环境。这点是我一定要了解并实践的概念。

One concept I learned from Co-op Interview 101 video that can be applied to my future interviews is to prepare some questions for the end of the interview. I have watched many interview example questions, and also come up many questions myself that I might be asked during an interview, but I never thought about to ask any question to the interviewer, since in my mind an interview is always like an exam where I keep answering questions asked by the interviewer, instead of asking them questions. So this makes me realized that an interview is actually a communication method for both of us to know better with each other, it is also necessary for me to learn more about the company’s details if I am going to work at that company for a period of time. Knowing more means I can adapt and integrate the work
environment faster. So this is definitely the concept I must know and practice well.
