const_iterator cend() const noexcept;

Return const_iterator to end

Returns a const_iterator pointing to the past-the-end element in the container.

返回一个const_iterator指向容器的超尾容器。

A const_iterator is an iterator that points to const content. This iterator can be increased and decreased (unless it is itself also const), just like the iterator returned by deque::end, but it cannot be used to modify the contents it points to, even if the deque object is not itself const.

一个const_iterator指向const的内容，这个迭代器可以用来递增或者递减（除非本身也是const），就和end返回的迭代器类似，但是不能用来修改指向元素的值，即使deque本身不是const的。

If the container is empty, this function returns the same as deque::cbegin.

如果容器是非空，那么该函数的返回和cbegin一样。

The value returned shall not be dereferenced.

该迭代器不应该被解除引用。

A const_iterator to the element past the end of the sequence.

返回一个指向序列超尾元素的const_iterator.

Member type const_iterator is a random access iterator type that points to a const element.

const_iterator属于随机访问迭代器。

The container is accessed.
No contained elements are accessed by the call, but the iterator returned can be used to access them. Concurrently accessing or modifying different elements is safe.

容器不会被访问，但是返回的迭代器可以用来访问他们，并且访问以及修改其他元素都是安全的。

Exception safety

No-throw guarantee: this member function never throws exceptions.

The copy construction or assignment of the returned iterator is also guaranteed to never throw.

该成员方法不会抛出异常。

通过复制以及赋值得到的拷贝也不会抛出异常。
