1 、开机启动广播

Android API Level8以上的时候，程序可以安装在SD卡上。如果程序安装在SD卡上，那么在BOOT_COMPLETED广播发送之后，SD卡才会挂载，因此程序无法监听到该广播。

解决办法：同时监听开机和sd卡挂载。（也不能只监听挂载就认为开机了，因为有的手机没有sd卡）

实现对挂载进行监听meda mounted如下：

如何实现一个能同时监听开机BOOT_COMPLETED和挂载meda mounted的广播接收器呢？

理论上只要将meda mounted的intent-filter和BOOT_COMPLETED的intent-filter放在一起就行了，但是，放同一个intent-filter里，boot complete监听不到，需要放到两个intent filter中：

        <action android:name="android.intent.action.MEDIA_MOUNTED" />

2、ACTION_TIME_TICK 每分钟系统时间监听

在众多的Intent的action动作中，Intent.ACTION_TIME_TICK是比较特殊的一个，根据SDK描述:

Broadcast Action: The current time has changed. Sent every minute. You can not receive this through components declared in manifests, only by exlicitly registering for it withContext.registerReceiver()

意思是说这个广播动作是以每分钟一次的形式发送。但你不能通过在manifest.xml里注册的方式接收到这个广播，只能在代码里通过registerReceiver()方法注册。

今天做android上的消息推送，启动了一个独立service，然后在里面监听系统的ACTION_TIME_TICK消息，即tick就是以分钟为单位，每分钟都会监听到一次。
在程序里需要的地方直接new一个receiver出来 ，直接在service的onCreate里写如下代码：

IntentFilter filter=new IntentFilter();
         filter.addAction(Intent.ACTION_TIME_TICK);
         registerReceiver(receiver,filter);

        @Override
          public void onReceive(Context context, Intent intent) {

               if (action.equals(Intent.ACTION_TIME_TICK)) {
