[O]pen Read-Only, (E)dit anyway, (R)ecover, (D)elete it, (Q)uit, (A)bort:

解决方法：

cd /usr/local/msmtp/etc #进入提示文件目录
ls -a .  ..  msmtprc  .msmtprc.swp #查找文件
rm -ir .msmtprc.swp #删除该文件，会提示是否删除

问题原因：该问题产生的原因是编辑该文件时非正常关闭，删除带有swp后缀的提示文件即可
