describe some useful skills you learned in math classes

firstly i learned the ability of arithmetic ,like addition,subtraction,multiplication and division method. . after we learn these things, we have the basic ability of math. we can use it to do something about arithmetic. like when we are in supermarket and need to calculate some numbers and sometimes when we have to keep accounts and so on.we all need these four basic  arithmetic.they are really important.

secondly the geometry.i always think that the geometry have something to do with our life.for example ,everything in our life have their own shapes.so i think maybe some students major in architecture or design science or mechanics need the geometry.

well another thing that i learned in math class is the logical ability.for example, i am a programmer of developing applications on the mobile phone. so before i write my code,i have to draw a flow chart.so i have to consider different processes, different conditions and different results. i have to think of all these things and make a plan.and when i am writing code,i also need the logical ability to design my code.

 

 

describe a subject

well, I’d like to talk about the biology which is my favorite. when i was in high school,i began to learn biology. to be honest, in the beginning,i don’t do very well in biology,and i was not so interested in it. my first biology teacher is very kind,but i don’t know why, every time i had his lesson, i will be sleepy, so honestly i got quite bad grades.

in the second semester, i got a new biology teacher, he is very patient and have a great sense of humor. i began to like biology and found it very interesting.

i remember one time i was really confused with the immune system which is very difficult to understand, so i asked the teacher for help, he gave me a great example that he compared the white blood cells as the police in our body. immediately i understand that the immune system will protect our physical health.

well, until now, i will still pay attention to some biology magazines and some news about development of biology. like recently, some Japanese biologists have developed a kind of artificial cat blood which can used in some operations on cats.

biology is really attractive and can help people understand all the creatures in the world.

 

 

describe a sport you want to try

well, about several months ago, one of my friends went to h n island and have a very good time there. h n island is one of the most famous attraction for Chinese people.i really want to travel to h n island .

my friend sent so many photos to me by the social app on the mobile phone. i saw the photos one by one which are so beautiful and the trip seems so interesting.

one of the photos is taken by him under the water, he went diving which is the sport i want to do  most.

i would say i even dream of diving when i was in primary school,

diving is becoming a famous underwater sports. nowadays, swimming in the water for a long time just like a fish is not a dream. everyone can do it and feel the charm of the sea.

i always imagine that i dive into the water ,the sunlight flicker all the time under the water which is so beautiful. and all kinds of fishes swim near me.

moreover, diving is really beneficial for one’s physical health, it can improve functions of heart and lung.

to be honest, i was a little bit jealous. i must go to the h n island and dive in the water in the future.

 

 

describe a competition you would like to join

well, i really want to join the table-tennis competition in the university, when i was in college, i was not so confident, so i didn’t join the competition. i feel very regretful.

i started to play table-tennis when i was in primary school, and it’s my favorite sports . i always watch table-tennis competition on the TV with my dad,he is also a big fan of table-tennis.

we usually watch the competition of l g l who is one of the most famous and successful player in china.

until now, i always play it with my friends on the weekend.

well about several months ago, i resigned and i stay at home and prepare for my plan of studying abroad.

so I’m thinking of if i am admitted to a university, i will take part in a table-tennis competition in the future, i will try my best to get a good grade

and I’m sure that it will be a memorable experience to me.

 

 

describe a quiet place you visit

well, before i moved to the city, i live in a suburb,

there is a park near my home which is quite old and shabby. actually it has been removed because it’s too old.

it’s a very small park, there are only several trees and a small pavilion in the park. and there is a stone table and stone bench in the pavilion.

the time i spent there really gave me a wonderful memory. i remember when i was in primary school, every day after school, i will go to the park and do my homework. few people will come here so it’s really quiet and i can concentrate on my homework.

now i live in a city and there is no somewhere quiet like that park . sometimes i will really miss that park and the pavilion.

 

 

describe a building you like.

well I'd like to talk about a skyscraper which is the highest building in china.

well the building named shanghai center and located in p d area in shanghai. it is about 600 meters and have more than 120 floors.

there are many companies in the building,most of them are international corporations because of the location and the super high price of renting.

the top floor of building is open for the public to visit, i went to there last year with my parents and it is a quite memorable experience for me. we bought tickets and went to the entrance,an assistant led us to take the elevator,that is the biggest elevator i ever seen.it can even hold maybe more than 30 people.

when we got the top floor,we can see this floor was equipped with large French windows in all directions so that customers can overlook the whole scenery of shanghai which is so amazing.

When it gets dark, the LED lights equipped outside the building was turned on which is so beautiful.

It's becoming one of the landmarks and a place which most of tourists are gonna visit when coming to shanghai. and that’s my favorite building.
