ubuntu16 mysql配置文件my.cnf中没有bind-address

使用ubuntu16安装mysql时，发现mysql的配置文件/etc/mysql/my.cnf 里面基本没有什么东西：

改不了bind-address，其实bind address是在这里面的：
/etc/mysql/mysql.conf.d/mysqld.cnf
