Android 之 onSaveInstanceState && onRestoreInstanceState

注意
1 textview edittextview button 等都已经实现了状态保存
2 onSaveInstance 和onRestoreInstanceState 并不总是出现
3 onSaveInstance 方法的 触发是activity有被销毁的危险 而不是被销毁
（如果你主动调用finish（）方法 onsave是不是被调用的）
4 在手机屏幕横竖切换的时候 onsave 和 onrestore都会被调用
（onsave在oncreate之前被调用 onrestore在onresume之前调用）
