主要是为了自己以后方便查找：

myeclipse设置utf-8编码格式

1、windows->Preferences……打开"首选项"对话框，左侧导航树，导航到general->Workspace，

  右侧Text file encoding，选择Other，改变为UTF-8，以后新建立工程其属性对话框中的Text file encoding即为UTF-8.

2、windows->Preferences……打开"首选项"对话框，左侧导航树，导航到general->Content Types，右侧Context Types树，点开Text中每     一颗子项，并在中输入"UTF-8"，点update！

3、window——>preference——>MyEclipse——>Files and Editors，将每个子项的"Encoding"改为"ISO 10645/Unicode（UTF-8）"，点     Apply！ 

以及在项目过程中需要更改编码

（1）修改工作空间的编码方式：Window-->Preferences-->General-->Workspace-->Text file encoding

（2）修改一类文件的编码方式：Window-->Preferences-->General -->content Types -->修改default Encoding

（3）修改单个文件的编码方式：在源码按右键-->General-->Editors-->Test Editors-->Spelling-->Encoding 

（4）修改单个工程的编码方式：在工程按右键-->Preferences-->Resource-->Text file encoding-->other

（5）这个是新创建文件的编码：window-->preference-->MyEclipse-->Files and Editors-->选择子项-->Encoding

当用方法3修改工程的编码方式时，系统会自动将编码方式给转换过来！
