python 更换pip镜像源，解决网速不稳定造成安装失败问题

1、暂时更换

下载安装包时，在命令后加上更换的pip源地址

例如安装pandas时，使用如下命令：

速度慢（没有更换源）

pip install pandas

速度快（这里更换使用了清华源）

pip install  pandas -i  https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/

2、永久更换

修改

 ~/.config/pip/pip.conf (Linux) (没有就创建一个)

%APPDATA%\pip\pip.ini (Windows 10)  (没有就创建一个)

$HOME/Library/Application Support/pip/pip.conf (macOS) (没有就创建一个)，

修改 index-url如下（这里使用的是清华源）

[global]
index-url = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

3、源地址

清华源

[global] 
index-url = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

豆瓣源

[global] 
index-url = https://pypi.douban.com/simple

阿里源

[global] 
trusted-host = mirrors.aliyun.com 
index-url = http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple
