mysql 修改编码格式(windows7 修改成UTF8)

一，my-default.ini    文件改成  my.ini，不改的话，不能用。

二，添加设置，

      character-set-server=utf8
      [client]
      default-character-set=utf8

加上（我用的是5.6，但设置好像不管用，所以加上命令行 设置）

set character_set_database=utf8;

三，重启后查看  show variables like "%char%";
