解决Maven 在Intellij IDEA 下载依赖包速度慢的问题

1.打开Intellij IDEA中的设置

2.搜索Maven

3.修改路径

1为Maven的安装目录
2为Maven的setting.xml路径我这里修改的是全局的setting.xml
3为Maven的本地仓库路径

4.修改setting.xml文件

最后修改成这样，复制最下面的代码进去就重启一下Intellij IDEA就OK了
