MTK MT2625 Product Overview  

MT2625平台概述：

MTK MT2625是围绕一个高度集成的芯片组建立的，其中包括一个微控制器单元(MCU)、一个低功耗窄带物联网收发器和一个电源管理单元(PMU)。该微控制器单元是一个带有浮点单元的ARM Cortex-M4处理器，集成了最多32 Mb pSRAM和至多32 Mb闪存。

Nb-IoT收发信机包括无线电、基带和MAC，设计用于低功耗和多波段通信支持，支持波段包括EUTRA 1、2、3、5、8、12、13、17、18、19、20、25、26、28、66和70。可选波段为EUTRA 11、21、31和71。

MT2625还支持UART、I2C、SPI、I2S、PWM、SDIO、ADC、USB、USIM和键盘等接口。
