Navicat 连接MySQL8.0.20 出现错误：Authentication plugin ‘caching_sha2_password’ cannot be loaded
解决方法如下：我的数据库加%出现错误但是前两种亲测成功
###最后记得刷新权限 FLUSH PRIVILEGES###

mysql> use mysql
Database changed
mysql> alter user 'root'@'localhost' identified by '123456' password expire never;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.02 sec)

mysql> alter user 'root'@'localhost' identified with mysql_native_password by '123456';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.01 sec)

mysql> alter user 'root'@'%' identified with mysql_native_password by '123456';
ERROR 1396 (HY000): Operation ALTER USER failed for 'root'@'%'
mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
