new a frameset project,(框架集）, then choose one.

if your mouse put on the top horizontal bar, then you can drag the bottom horizontal bar like this,

if your mouse put on the left vertical bar, then you can drag the bottom horizontal bar like this,

How to use DreamWeaver to make a option, new a html file, then switch to design view,

click "表单" button, then on the top, a lot of button appear, then drag a "列表/菜单" into your html,

how to make a css? under the design view, on the right-top part, right click the empty place, "新建" “类”, “标签”or “高级”， note that when you do “标签”, you must write as #abc instead of abc, then click a Control such as select, then note the bottom part, click the "类" 下拉眶，choose the css class selector you made before,
